Ordering, Delivery and Postage

I am currently only accepting orders from the UK. I hope to take orders from elsewhere in the not too distant future. Card packs are available to buy in my shop by UK customers. Customers outside the UK may like to use my Etsy shop for purchasing cards (Etsy.com/uk/shop/Dartmoorprintmaker).

If you would like to purchase a print or drawing, please email me at ebnerrijke@outlook.com and let me know the title of the work you are interested in. If it is a print I can then tell you whether it is in stock or whether I will print it to order. Delivery is free. I will provide you with Bacs details so that you can make a bank transfer and I will dispatch the print as soon as I have received the payment and received your delivery address. 

I prefer framed drawings to be collected in person, however if this is not possible, you, the customer,  can also arrange a courier to collect. The customer is responsible for the courier postage. I will ensure that the artwork is well packaged but I cannot be liable for any damage incurred in transit. I will provide you with Bacs details so that you can make a bank transfer. I will dispatch the item as soon as I have received the payment and from that point your courier will be able to collect. 

Availability of Goods

All items are subject to availability. I will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.

I usually have prints in stock but as I don't complete all the prints in an edition in one go, it is possible that you may have to wait up to 2 weeks for a particular print unless it is included in the shop.

Postage and Delivery

Prints are posted Royal Mail signed and tracked. This will mean that someone will need to sign for it on delivery. Postage of prints and cards is free to UK addresses.

Cards are posted Royal Mail standard first class usually within 2 working days. 

Occasionally deliveries may be delayed due to postal strikes or due to high demand in the run up to Christmas. 

Returns and Refunds 

If you want to return an item for any reason, please ensure it is returned in its original condition, using the original packaging or well packaged, within 14 days of receiving it and I will refund you.  I will only pay return postage if the work has a fault, not if you have simply changed your mind.

Packing

I send the small bird prints flat, tissue wrapped between 2 layers of card and the bigger prints, loosely rolled and wrapped in tissue in strong, wide, posting tubes. Cards are tied together with string, wrapped in tissue and posted in a strengthened envelope.

I try to use packaging that is recycled where possible and that is easy to recycle.
